Broker
Greg has a combined 23 years of experience in the building &
real estate industry. He started out working with a framing
& cornice construction crew to currently running a Home
building company. He currently holds a real estate broker's
license and has been a licensed Realtor since 1992. Greg has
also been an integral part of Platinum Place Communities and
Towne & Country Homes, sister companies to Platinum Place
Properties, in procuring land as well as developed lots. He
helps developers find the perfect builders for their projects
as well as the perfect project for major builders, large and
small. Greg has always displayed a hardworking and honest work
ethic. He has developed strong business relationships throughout
the building, development and real estate industry. He has been
featured for the past three years in Gwinnett Magazine's "People
to Know" edition. Greg has adopted the motto: "Winners
do the things losers refuse to do."
On a personal note, Greg is very involved in the community as
well as his church. He attends Calvary Chapel Gwinnett and is
a member of the Evangelism Team. He has been a member of the
Lawrenceville Kiwanis club for 13 years. In the Kiwanis club
Greg has served as Secretary, Vice President, President and
Lieutenant Governor for the 19th District of the Georgia District
of Kiwanis as well as he was the "Kiwanian of the Year"
for 1996 & 1998. He is a founding member and on the board
of Directors for Partnership Barrow. Greg is also a member of
the Barrow Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Gwinnett
Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett, a
leadership program facilitated by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. |
